Luminary Bakery is seeking a Weekend Production Baker to join our bakery team at Hackney Downs production kitchen and our cafes in Stoke Newington and Kings Cross. The role covers weekend production, wedding and celebration orders, and restocking ahead of Monday.
You’ll work with a small weekend team, prioritise from the order list, and report to the Head Baker. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years professional baking experience, strong cake decorating skills, and the ability to work
