Our manufacturing client near Dartford is seeking a Production Supervisor. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £32,000–£34,000 per annum and a 37.5-hour week from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, in Crayford.
The role requires hands-on leadership of a ~30-person PCB assembly team, ensuring production targets are met and customer needs are satisfied on time. Applicants should have supervisory experience, good IT skills, and be able to communicate effectively with other departments.
