Red Recruitment is seeking a Hinge Joint Machine Operator for a client in Wellingborough. You will set up, run, monitor and maintain hinge joint machines, ensuring output and quality while minimising downtime.
The role requires at least 2 years of machine operating experience in manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, and good communication skills. Sunday-Thursday 22:00-06:00 shift. factory environment, safety-focused, and records maintenance expected.
