We are seeking an experienced Paint shop Supervisor to join our client’s established manufacturing
team
, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of a busy powder coating
paint shop
. You will be responsible for managing the paint shop, supervising agency staff, and leading production activities and ensuring quality and efficiency.

Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30
Sutton, Surrey
Job Description- Oversee the day-to-day running of the powder coating paint shop.
- Plan and organise workloads, ensuring permanent and temporary staff, materials and equipment are used effectively.
- Ensure production schedules are met, keeping work moving and minimising downtime and waste.
- Monitor production performance and take action where targets are not being met.
- Work closely with other production departments, Planning and Quality teams to ensure work flows smoothly through the factory, reviewing staffing levels where needed to meet production demands.
- Previous experience working within a powder coating or industrial paint shop environment
- Experience supervising or leading a team within a manufacturing environment
