The Team

At Freuds, our in-house influencer and talent team works with everyone: from A-list icons to micro and corporate influencers, bringing bold ideas to life across Consumer, Film & TV, Culture, Corporate and Health & Behavioural Change.

We don’t just book talent; we craft strategies that spark influence. From blockbuster paid activations to organic gifting, influencer events, and ambassador programmes, we deliver campaigns that cut through the noise and connect brands with audiences in authentic, unforgettable ways.

Our work spans sectors, audiences, and platforms, often as part of integrated comms strategies that set the standard for creativity and impact. We collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure talent is used smartly, strategically, and with flair; because influence isn’t just about reach, it’s about resonance.

The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Associate to join our Talent & Influencer team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in PR and influencer marketing. You’ll support the team in delivering best-in-class influencer and talent campaigns across a variety of sectors and briefs. From maintaining media and influencer lists to assisting with campaign activation, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything organised and running smoothly.

You’ll need a genuine hunger for a career in influencer marketing, strong initiative, and a willingness to learn. While this role is primarily focused on team administration and behind-the-scenes support, you’ll gain exposure to influencer strategy, campaign management, and digital tools, building a solid foundation for your future in the industry.

  • Book and prepare meeting rooms, organise team travel, and manage send-outs.

  • Embrace our cornerstones of Love & Work, which require a passion for what we do and an ability to persevere. In addition, you will take an active role in our belonging values – collaborating to achieve common goals, connection with one another in an authentic way, sharing our perspectives and embracing others, and actively supporting each other and our experiences.
Campaign Support
  • Help compile daily press and influencer summaries, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Support influencer outreach and maintain databases using tools like Media Eye and Brand watch.
  • Monitor social media and online news for client-related updates; set up Google Alerts and RSS feeds.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with good writing skills for emails, reports, and briefs.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In) and influencer trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines calmly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in basic digital tools; bonus points for experience with Brandwatch, Media Eye, or similar platforms.
  • A solutions-focused mindset and willingness to contribute ideas in team brainstorms.
