Head of Growth (Marketing) – London (Hybrid)
We’re partnering with a fast‑growing B2C performance marketing and technology company to hire a Head of Growth (Marketing). This is a senior leadership role with full commercial accountability for customer acquisition, conversion and predictable growth.
You’ll own growth outcomes, not just channels, leading a multidisciplinary team across Paid, CRM, Content/CMS, and CRO/UX. You will define strategy, drive audience insight, optimise journeys, and partner closely with Engineering to ensure the right systems and data are in place to hit ambitious targets.
What success looks like:
- Predictable, scalable growth across paid, owned, and partner channels
- Improved conversion, lead quality, and ROI
- Clear, repeatable marketing operating system and governance
- Strong cross‑functional partnership to deliver marketing capability at scale
What we’re looking for:
- Proven senior experience in growth/performance marketing with commercial ownership
- Deep experience using data and audience insight to shape acquisition, messaging, and journeys
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort making trade‑offs under uncertainty
- Experience leading teams or agencies to measurable commercial outcomes
- Strategic, commercially‑minded, evidence‑led, with high standards for quality
