Marketing Manager

JD:
Develop, update, and maintain marketing materials that effectively promote our services. Support the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness. Manage incoming enquiries and assist with the sales process by preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients. Provide support in both English and Mandarin to address client inquiries and follow up on leads. Prepare regular reports and updates on marketing initiatives and sales performance.

Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to better serve our Chinese client base.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6+ years of relevant marketing experience (professional services/B2B preferred; accounting/advisory a strong plus).
• Proven ability to plan and execute measurable campaigns and generate leads in a B2B environment.
• Strong copywriting and content capability (bilingual communication preferred).
• Proficiency in common tools (e.g., Microsoft Office; digital marketing tools, CRM/email platforms, analytics).
• Excellent organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident communicator who can collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• Language (Essential):
  Fluency in both Mandarin and English is a MUST (spoken and written) due to our client base and tailored marketing initiatives.
