Position: CAMPAIGN MANAGER (PROGRAMMATIC)
Location: Greater London

ROLE.

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of programmatic and emerging digital media campaigns for our valued clients.

This is a client-facing role, sitting at the intersection of strategy, media planning and performance. You’ll own the campaign approach end-to-end: identifying the right partners, shaping media plans, briefing activation teams, and ensuring campaigns deliver (and keep getting better). This role is about smart planning, strong partnerships and relentless performance improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MEDIA PLANNING
  • Understand client objectives and campaign goals and translate these into media, channel and format plans - across Programmatic Display, Video, Native, Digital Audio, connected TV and Digital Out of Home

  • Create clear and actionable media laydowns which demonstrate how we’ll utilise budget, channels, partners, target our audience(s), deliver media and measure success

  • Produce forecasts, where necessary, to demonstrate the potential impact of activity - linked to how you’ve planned your media approach

  • Support existing clients with the delivery of media activity and provide guidance, strategy and plans for new business and help identify account growth opportunities within the channel

PARTNER MANAGEMENT
  • Engage relevant partners across the demand, supply, technology, audience, data and measurement landscape to achieve client goals

  • Supported by the Director of Innovation, identify and onboard new partners, establishing excellent commercial relationships that deliver value for our clients

  • Create clear and actionable briefs for partners to respond; analyse and validate responses against media plans and objectives, selecting the most appropriate to proceed

  • Act as the facilitator between partners and client, agency creative and data teams to deliver highly impactful campaigns

CAMPAIGN DELIVERY
  • Leverage creative, data and channels to deliver impactful integrated media campaigns and always-on activity

  • Be responsible for managing the performance of campaigns, making changes and optimisations to your plan, to drive the best possible outcomes

  • Ensure that campaigns deliver on planned goals, course correct where they do not and know which levers to pull in order to scale where they do

  • Act as the key expert for our clients, ensuring they are continuously kept informed and consulted on the activation of media campaigns

  • Provide asset briefs to our clients or internal creative stakeholders to deliver inspiring, engaging and high performing advertising

  • Deliver test and learn roadmaps across your campaigns, ensuring that our clients remain at the cutting edge of innovation in the media space

  • Provide clients with the highest quality of service as you manage your accounts

BUDGET PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT
  • Be accountable for how budget is planned and spent through programmatic and emerging channels for our clients

  • Provide responses to media briefs, working in partnership with our wider media teams, planners and growth team, to deliver integrated campaigns

  • Provide detailed spend plans, forecasts and ensure budgets are spent as expected, efficiently and effectively, to drive client success

DATA AND MEASUREMENT
  • Leverage first and third party audience data where possible to focus your campaigns on the right people at the right time

  • Have a strong understanding of the impact of each channel and campaign and be able to provide guidance around your impact
