Competitive Benefits Full Time | 36.25 hours per week A fast-growing, b2c multisite brand is seeking a Marketing Manager – CRM to own and optimise the full customer communication journey — from initial enquiry through to post This is a pivotal role sitting at the intersection of marketing and sales, with a particular focus on acquisition lead nurture, conversion, and lifecycle engagement.
You’ll join a small, dynamic marketing team and work closely with Sales, Operations, and Clinic teams to ensure communications are empathetic, relevant, and commercially effective. The Opportunity As Marketing Manager – CRM, you will:
Own and manage the end-to-end customer communication journey Design and optimise automated email and SMS nurture journeys Develop CRM workflows that efficiently move leads through the funnel Build purposeful, patient-first messaging that drives trust and action Work closely with Sales to align CRM strategy with pipeline growth and bookings Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, manage and optimise campaigns Segment audiences using behavioural and commercial data Monitor performance, run A/B tests and drive continuous optimisation Report clearly on campaign performance and insight to the wider business Identify new opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and retention This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with commercial thinking — where communications not only feel good but deliver measurable results.
About You We’re looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role Strong experience with marketing automation and customer journey design Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (highly desirable) A solid understanding of lead nurture and behaviour-driven marketing Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales and Operations teams The ability to write clear, human-centred, purpose-led messaging A data-driven mindset with strong reporting and optimisation skills The confidence to take ownership in a small, agile team
