This is a rare and pivotal opportunity to build the foundation of our client's UK strategy team. They are looking for a hands‑on Senior Strategist to lead the charge as they expand.

You will be responsible for structuring the local strategy function, working across key accounts, and collaborating with EU regional offices to deliver strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and long-term brand equity.

• Team Foundation: Structure and build the local UK strategy team from the ground up.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop high-impact strategies rooted in Paid, Owned, and Earned thinking.
• Influencer Strategy: Leverage deep knowledge of social platforms and community dynamics to drive cultural impact.
• Commercial Growth: Align marketing goals with business goals to support both new business acquisition and client retention.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with account teams, production, and creative leads to ensure seamless execution.

• Experience: Proven experience in a strategic role within a top-tier agency environment
