This is an incredible opportunity for a creative and forward‑thinking media professional to step up as a trusted partner to clients and a key leader within the WPP family.
You’ll be joining the adidas global team, playing a vital role in driving one of the most exciting and cutting‑edge media transformation projects in the industry. Your focus will be supporting our global and market teams, ensuring we meet the demands of this by making the best use of tools, guidance, and streamlining both internal and external processes.

This role is all about ensuring the quality of the work and support we deliver to adidas, making sure key initiatives are effectively rolled out across markets, and overseeing the process and systems that make it all happen. You’ll also play a big part in helping the team showcase the impact of their work, supporting the operations team and the wider global team to deliver quality and consistent work to contribute to adidas’ ongoing success.

Accountabilities- Reporting & Media Tools – support in the onboarding of our tools with Markets.
- Coordinate and support market engagement program.
- Support Architect rollout and ongoing planning support.
- People Management – managing up to two individuals, including setting roles & responsibilities, personal growth plans, control of deliverables, and motivation.
- Commercial Support – support the global commercial team with requests.
- Working with regional markets, local teams & global teams to ensure consistency in workflows across all segments and markets.
- Day to day contact for our hub markets.
- Run client status meetings where necessary.
- Oversee the team’s day to day delivery against their objectives.
- Support project management of key global deliverables of the Operations team.
- Be Extraordinary by Leading Collectively to Inspire transformational Creativity.
- Create an Open environment by balancing people and client experiences by cultivating trust.
- Lead Optimistically by championing growth and development to mobilize the enterprise.
- Previous media planning experience is preferred or at least an understanding of media planning workflows is required.
- Basic digital and Brand Safety knowledge or a desire to learn.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
- Project management experience is desired.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Significant and relevant working in an agency or similar.
