The OpportunityWe’re hiring a Marketing Executive to own and deliver Cititec’s day-to-day marketing execution.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys doing, not delegating. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into clear, well-executed campaigns across content, events and community, working closely with senior leadership and Business Development.
Around 50% of the role is content-led, with the remainder split across events, digital performance, lead tracking and brand operations. You’ll have real visibility into how marketing supports revenue and growth, and the autonomy to make your mark.
What You’ll Do- Manage Cititec’s Linked In presence, managing a consistent content schedule including copywriting, light design and research
- Support Commodities Tech Insider (CTI), our thought-leadership platform, by coordinating spotlight interviews and turning recordings into written and visual content
- Create and repurpose content across formats, including articles, newsletters, social posts, carousels, blogs and short-form video
- Work with internal stakeholders to turn real market insight into credible, well-written marketing output
- Support the planning and delivery of events such as round tables, networking events and industry meet‑ups
- Manage attendee lists, event communications, follow-ups and post‑event content
- Maintain an events calendar across Cititec-hosted and industry events
- Track leads and engagement through Hub Spot, including forms, newsletter sign‑ups and content interaction
- Monitor Linked In engagement and campaign performance, feeding insight back into future activity
- Support website updates and content publishing via Word Press/CMS, working with agencies where required
- Manage and organise brand assets, including templates, fonts, banners and logos
- Maintain testimonials, NPS feedback and client/candidate marketing assets
- Experience in a hands-on marketing role, ideally B2B
- Strong writing skills and confidence producing content independently
- Comfortable managing multiple work streams and priorities at once
- Commercially curious, with an interest in technology, markets or complex industries
- Organised, proactive and confident working with senior stakeholders
- Experience with Linked In, Hub Spot (or any other CRM) and basic digital reporting is a plus
- Ownership and autonomy in a visible, commercially connected role
- Direct exposure to senior leadership and the commercial side of the business
