Product Marketing Manager
Salary: up to £80,000 + benefits
Location: Central London – ideally 1-3 times per week in the office but can be flexible on this
We’re partnered with a well-established and fast growing Fin Tech that’s building a brand new Acquisition Tech function for the German market. They’re profitable, scaling fast, and investing heavily in product and data – and this is one of the first hires into a team that will shape how they grow in Germany.
Role Overview: As their Product Marketing Manager, you’ll sit across product marketing, experimentation, and data‑driven problem solving, helping define how customers discover their offering, understand their options, and move through early acquisition and onboarding.

- Product marketing / management or growth experience focused on acquisition or onboarding
- Strong analytical instincts and hands‑on A/B testing experience
- Familiarity with data‑led approaches to prioritising leads & improving early funnel conversion
- Someone who thrives in an ambiguous, build‑from‑scratch environment
- Bonus:
German speaking (not essential)
