About the Role:

A leading UK manufacturer is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join their Sales & Marketing team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, helping them leverage marketing tools, and ensuring they benefit from the company’s full marketing offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support mutual business growth.
• Assist customers with marketing resources, including lead generation, promotional materials, and digital content.
• Monitor and track customer engagement with marketing efforts, and report on performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and communication with clients.
• Oversee the management of the marketing portal, ensuring content is up-to-date.
• Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of the marketing offering.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to follow through on action plans.
• Comfortable analysing marketing performance data.
