We’re working with a global education group that owns and operates a large network of premium international schools across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.

This is a senior, hands‑on Corporate Communications role supporting a major transformation programme within a fast‑paced, high‑growth organisation.

You’ll support the Head of Communications on a large‑scale transformation from day one, taking ownership of corporate, change and leadership communications.

• Developing and delivering strategic communications to support organisational change
• Creating clear narratives that explain the rationale for change and drive engagement
• Advising senior leaders and supporting leadership visibility through briefings and authored content
• Managing reputational risk and contributing to crisis and issues communications
• Delivering communications projects end‑to‑end across multiple channels and formats
• Measuring impact and refining messaging using data and insight

• Very senior Corporate Communications professional
• Strong experience in transformation and/or crisis communications
• Comfortable operating independently in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
• Background in high‑growth or PE‑backed organisations preferred
• Excellent writing and stakeholder management skills

• 6‑month full‑time contract
• Immediate availability essential (start within 1–2 weeks)
• £80k pro rata / £350–£400 per day (flexible due to urgency)
• South London (hybrid)
