Senior Account Director - Consumer (up to £65k)

Overview

We’re looking for aGlobal Senior Account Director with deepconsumer PR experience and a proven track record ofleading multi market, global client programmes.

You’ll be the strategic lead for some of our flagship global consumer brands, setting the vision, driving integrated campaigns across markets and ensuring our work lands with consistent excellence everywhere from global hubs to local market activation.

This role is perfect for someone who loves big brand thinking, thrives in complex global structures and knows how to get brilliant work out of large, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Act as theday to day strategic leadfor one or more major global consumer clients, owning the relationship at senior stakeholder level.

Lead theglobal hubfor multi market programmes – setting the strategic direction, overseeing planning and ensuring local markets have what they need to activate.

Develop global communications strategies, narrative platforms and brand positioning that can flex effectively at a local market level.

Create and roll outglobal toolkits, playbooks and campaign frameworks(e.g. messaging, asset banks, influencer guidelines, social content frameworks).

Partner with clients onannual planning, budget allocation and market prioritisation, ensuring activity ladders up to business objectives.

Lead the development of integrated, earned-first campaigns across PR, social, digital, influencer and content.

Work closely with creative, strategy, social and production teams tobrief, shape and stress test ideasthat can scale globally.

Ensure global work isinsight driven, measurable and culturally relevant, with clear KPIs and robust evaluation approaches.

  • Ensure programmes are deliveredon time, on budget and to the highest quality, with the right seniority mix across markets

Lead, mentor and inspireaccount teams across levels and markets, creating a collaborative environment.

Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback and actively supportcareer development and progression.

Championinclusive ways of working, ensuring diverse perspectives are heard and reflected in our thinking and output.

What You’ll Bring Experience & Expertise

Extensive experienceinconsumer PR / communications, primarily within an agency environment.

Proven experience leading global or multi market client programmes– ideally acting as the hub for multiple markets.

Strong track record inbig brand, earned first consumer campaignswith social, influencer and digital integration.

Comfortable navigatingcomplex global client organisations(regional structures, global/local alignment, matrix stakeholders)

Experience developing and rolling outtoolkits, playbooks and global frameworksfor local market activation.

Skills & Mindset

Strategic thinker who can turnbusiness challenges into sharp comms strategies and campaign platforms.

Confident, credibleclient leader, able to build trust with senior stakeholders and push thinking when needed.

Strongstorytelling, writing and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for global audiences.

Highly organised, with excellentprogramme management and prioritisation skills across multiple work streams and markets.

Collaborative leadership style – you get the best out of integrated teamsand enjoy working across disciplines and geographies.
