About the Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive growth of our performance marketing channels.

Your role will involve managing and expanding one of the company’s most impactful customer acquisition channels. You will be responsible for shaping and implementing the global strategy for affiliate and influencer performance marketing, focusing on achieving both immediate results and long-term sustainable growth.

What you will do

• Leading Moon Pay’s global strategy and daily operations for both affiliate and influencer marketing programs, ensuring smooth execution across all aspects, including campaigns, creatives, tracking, and partner support
• Researching, identifying, and recruiting new affiliate partnerships, targeting both affiliates already in the industry and those that are new to the space
• Developing and maintaining high-value user growth partners and establishing long-term partnerships
• Negotiating and launching direct media buying deals with strategic partners while ensuring accurate tracking and measurement framework is in place
• Fostering growth through data-driven decision-making by managing performance analysis of markets, partners, and campaigns worldwide, utilizing internal analytics tools and dashboards
• Collaborating with leading publishers and influencers to design and implement scalable acquisition and promotional strategies for key products, seasonal campaigns, and regional initiatives

What you'll be working on

As an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager you will be expected to maintain operational excellence and make sure that our affiliate marketing program is following best practices. You are proactive and keen to try and test new growth strategies and find cost-efficient ways to build awareness around Moon Pay and increase our user base. You want to exponentially grow in the field of Performance Marketing.

The ideal candidate is a quick and eager learner who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at context switching, and takes proactive initiative to drive impact. Experience in Web 3 and crypto (professional or personal) is a huge plus.

About You

• 2-3 years in managing affiliate marketing program and influencer relationships
• Strong analytical abilities to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving attitude with a curious and analytical nature, always eager to adapt and improve processes
• Flexibility to adapt to new platforms, trends, and strategies in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and understanding of Web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology
