The GTR Customer Marketing is a passionate, multicultural and experienced team who collaborate everyday with cross-functional teams to enrich the traveler’s journey through an elevated brand & shopping experience.
This role embraces Trade Marketing planning and execution responsibility to ultimately deliver sustained material brand growth across the entire portfolio. We are looking for a unique individual that can manage through ambiguity to deliver projects as planned with support from other functions within the organization.
Meaningful Work from Day OneAs Global Customer Marketing Manager you act as a vital bridge between brand strategy and commercial execution. The role will develop and execute tailored customer marketing plans that align with brand objectives for the whole portfolio, and sales targets across all the different channels and geographies within GTR. Lead the point of purchase activities including brand visibility in outlets and the deployment of Point of Sale materials.
Serve as a strategic partner within the commercial team, providing insights to support account plans and deliver brand objectives. Lead and own the management of the Customer Marketing’s A&P budget, rigorously evaluating activation performance to optimize the return on investment and deliver on the Commercial and Marketing KPI.
Manage and mentor a geographically diverse team of Customer Marketing Managers and Specialists and support the GTR leadership with the definition and implementation of the Advocacy agenda for GTR.
What You Can Expect- Lead and support the Customer Marketing team. Act as the strong leader of a team of Customer Marketing Managers and Specialists in different regions of the world. Support the regional teams in the creation and implementation of channel and customer specific programs and initiations, working with agencies on the development of multi-branded and multi-channel wide programs.
- Handle team professional growth, set up tools and processes that will invite continuous performance improvement, creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Be collaborative, providing constructive cross-functional engagement, ensuring smooth interaction with other departments and partners.
- Lead and establish the Customer Marketing agenda globally, from strategy to consistent high level execution of activations that meet both Brown-Forman and our customers’ expectations.
- Support the GTR Commercial and Marketing leadership to deliver brand growth in our entire portfolio across all regions and channels.
- Bring to life the global brand plans working closely with the GTR Brand Marketing team, the regional Customer Marketing teams and the Commercial leads to deliver brand KPI by channel and customer base.
- Be an integral part in the plan and delivery of B‑F’s participation in industry Trade Shows and Customer Meetings, establishing productive relationships with key customer and industry stakeholders.
- Work with agencies and suppliers of promotion items, merchandising units and promotions to ensure timely implementation.
- Coordinate with the regional customer marketing teams to best leverage our Brand Ambassadors, supporting the preparation of brand content for their training and the development of tools to deliver their performance and set up of KPIs.
