Head of Marketing & Content (Contract)

Fella and Jones are partnering with a lifestyle retailer to recruit a Head of Marketing & Content. The brand is expanding its product offerings and is seeking an immediate-start contractor to lead marketing and content strategy.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
• Oversee all social channels, including paid and organic efforts.
• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.

• Proven experience in marketing management within the fashion or luxury industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive business objectives.
• Results-oriented with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
