Overview
The Acosta Dance Foundation is seeking a Marketing Lead to support the development, implementation and maintenance of a robust marketing portfolio. You will support our Managing Director and ensure the delivery of transformative customer experiences while driving growth in support and income through mass new customer acquisition and retention, including new funders and supporters. Working with colleagues across the Foundation, you will be responsible for delivering and implementing communications and engagement plans to promote our work and events, increasing engagement and participation and enhancing the Foundation's reputation within the UK and beyond.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate with various audiences across various platforms, develop relationships and raise awareness of the charity's planned development.

The candidate will work closely with the Foundation and Acosta Dance Centre's Managing Director to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that shapes the Foundation's next strategic steps. Marketing will be an essential and valued element of the Foundation's income.
- Support the Managing Director and ensure delivery of communications and engagement plans to promote the Foundation's work and events.

- Collaborate across the Foundation to implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and digital activities.

- Contribute to shaping the Foundation's strategic steps in collaboration with the Managing Director.
- Represent the Foundation in a fundraising and communications capacity as required.
- Proven experience in leading the communication and engagement elements of a charity and providing bespoke services to help increase the charity's revenue.
- Ability to communicate with various audiences across various platforms and develop strong relationships.
