We’re looking for a Senior Creative You Tube Manager who shares our ambition: someone who doesn’t just keep up with social trends but sets them. This is a leadership role, sitting at the heart of our senior management team, shaping our social-first approach and working collaboratively across the agency—especially with Creative and Strategy—to deliver industry-leading work.

Requirements

The Senior Creative You Tube Manager role at The Wild represents a pivotal element in our mission to redefine social media narratives and audience engagement.

Through this role the individual will orchestrate the growth and creative direction of diverse You Tube channels, turning analytical insights into compelling, culturally relevant content that captivates and expands global audiences. Working alongside a team of creatives, data insight analysts and strategists, the Senior Creative You Tube Manager will play a central role in defining, executing and leading the growth across a spectrum of You Tube channels.

This role involves overseeing and managing all channel operations, audience development and creative positioning; working closely with the social team for execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing, leading and growing consumer brand You Tube channels, with a deep understanding of audiences and the role of You Tube in a wider content ecosystem.

What you'll be doing as a Senior Creative You Tube Manager:

You Tube Channel Strategy & Management
  • Develop and implement tailored channel strategies for each client, including video concepts, thumbnails, and overall content vision.
  • Manage and optimise You Tube scheduling, ensuring adherence to platform best practices.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and maximise audience growth.
  • Act as the primary client contact, leading workshops, reporting, and meetings.
  • Provide You Tube training and strategic advice, explaining its role within a wider content mix.
