We are seeking an exceptional Brand Marketing Coordinator to join the Brand Marketing team at our Corporate Office.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

To provide administrative support for the brand marketing team, including processing purchase orders and invoices, preparation of meeting agendas and collating meeting minutes
To provide support to the brand marketing team on wider brand initiatives
To create and assist with artwork creation across all lines of business
To coordinate, create and update the company’s sales collateral
To monitor day-to-day activity on the Gifted Platform
To assist with the maintenance and updating of third-party listings
To assist on photoshoots and video shoots as required
To manage the marketing image library
To conduct brand audits when required
To conduct competitor research analysis as requested
