One of our clients is a luxury boundary-pushing marketing agency. They move in the worlds of luxury, culture and hospitality and they require a Marketing Managerto lead client relationships and deliver outstanding campaigns. They require someone who’s led broader marketing campaigns end-to-end: PR, social, creative, email, and content

The ideal candidate will be dynamic, detail-oriented, and strategic Marketing Manager with a passion for high-end hospitality, luxury and culture. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment where creativity meets commercial impact.

As a Marketing Manager you will be the strategic link between the agency and its prestigious clients, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns while building and nurturing strong client relationships. You’ll manage multiple high-profile accounts, working closely with internal teams across strategy, creative, digital and social to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with senior stakeholders across high-end hospitality, culture and luxury brands.
  • Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with client goals and agency objectives.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to refine strategies and drive results.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring operational excellence in all client projects.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.

The ideal background of this person will be:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury marketing agency or in-house role or worked for a hospitality group or a hotel with multiple restaurants.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple high-end clients and delivering exceptional results.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead client conversations and present ideas persuasively.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market, consumer behaviour and brand storytelling.
  • Highly creative mindset, with a commercial approach to strategy and execution.
  • Experience working across digital, social, experiential and traditional marketing channels.
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, high-energy agency environment.
