You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll manage our events calendar and marketing initiatives from start to finish, working closely with our graphic designer, account manager, and business development team. This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and wants exposure to the full spectrum of B2B event planning, promotion, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Strategy & Research: Identify relevant trade shows, conferences, webinars, and networking opportunities.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of events and webinars, including logistics, schedules, collateral, slides, vendor management, registration, and on‑site coordination.
  • Promotion & Marketing: Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies for events, webinars, and client launches, using email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. Manage pre‑event, live‑event, and post‑event communications to maximise attendance, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Measure event performance, analyse engagement, and provide actionable insights to optimise future initiatives.
  • Partnership & Client

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with partners, account managers, and internal teams to co‑host events and webinars, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional client experiences.
  • Content Coordination: Oversee and assist with the creation of marketing collateral, case studies, newsletters, blogs, eBooks, and social media assets, working alongside contractors and designers to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand content.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work with designers and other team members to maintain up‑to‑date collateral, branding, and promotional materials.
  • Client Engagement & Networking: Represent Kare Hero at industry events to build relationships, promote the brand, and enhance client engagement.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2 years' experience managing events end‑to‑end
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using tools like Hub Spot, Google Workspace, social media platforms (predominantly Linked In), and basic design software (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite a plus).
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment.
  • Team player who thrives on collaboration and problem‑solving.
