Commercial Director

Twin magazine is looking for a Commercial Director. The role will be responsible for driving advertising revenue for by developing and managing strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and advertisers. This role leads the commercial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth while maintaining the magazine’s editorial integrity and premium positioning.

• Develop and execute advertising and sponsorship strategies across print, digital, and experiential platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion, beauty, luxury, and lifestyle brands and media agencies
• Identify new revenue opportunities, including branded content, partnerships, and special projects
• Lead negotiations, proposals, and deal closures to meet revenue targets
• Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy

• Proven experience in media sales or commercial leadership, ideally within fashion or lifestyle publishing
• Strong network within advertising, fashion, and luxury sectors
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on sales capability

• Performance-based remuneration, paid as a percentage of revenue generated
