As the business enters an exciting phase of growth, they are now seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to play a key role within their marketing leadership team.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, this role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver brand and marketing strategy across a diverse and influential portfolio.

The Senior Marketing Manager will take ownership of end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

• Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, PR, partnerships, and experiential channels
• Supporting the Marketing Director in driving brand positioning and long-term brand vision
• Ensuring consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints
• Driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through insight-led campaigns
• Managing agencies and external partners, including creative, PR, and media
• Overseeing campaign budgets, performance tracking, and reporting
• Collaborating closely with commercial, operations, and creative teams to align marketing activity with business objectives
