Role Overview

Take the helm of client relationships while orchestrating high impact performance marketing campaigns across premium digital channels. You ll blend strategic thinking with hands on execution, driving measurable growth for leading brands in the competitive mobile landscape.

What you ll achieve:

  • Build and nurture client partnerships, becoming their go-to performance marketing strategist
  • Design and execute comprehensive paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and Snapchat
  • Own the complete campaign lifecycle from initial setup through to advanced optimisation
  • Conduct deep dive analysis of performance data to identify growth opportunities and efficiency gains
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics specialists to deliver integrated campaign solutions
  • Present compelling performance insights and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders
  • Proactively identify account expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain cutting edge knowledge of platform updates, industry trends, and performance marketing innovations

Critical

Skills Required:

  • ideally 3+ years proven performance marketing experience with strong channel expertise in Meta and Google
  • End to end campaign management capabilities from setup through optimisation and scaling
  • Advanced analytical skills with confidence in reporting, data interpretation, and strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional client facing abilities with demonstrated account management success
  • Performance marketing mindset focused on ROI, efficiency, and measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
  • Outstanding communication skills for presenting complex performance data to diverse audiences
  • Strong organisational capabilities managing multiple high-value client accounts
  • Self motivated approach thriving in fast-paced, target-driven environments
