The role

We’re looking for a Brand & Trade Marketing Manager to support how Double Dutch shows up across the on-trade and wider trade environment. Sitting equally across brand and trade, this role focuses on executing brand strategy across the UK on-trade, export markets and key trade channels.

This role will split time between working remotely and working in the (primarily) London on-trade.

This is a hands‑on, executional role. You’ll bring brand plans to life in market and play a key role in setting our sales teams up for success, delivering best‑in‑class tools, assets and activations that build trade fame and drive rate of sale. It’s a role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action through great execution.

What you’ll do
  • Own trade brand execution, creating first‑class assets that translate the brand plan into commercial tools all designed to build trade fame and drive rate of sale whilst remaining distinctly Double Dutch
  • Develop and deliver tactical partnerships with customers, brands and spirit partners, creating clear, tangible outputs that support both brand visibility and commercial objectives
  • Execute advocacy and serve initiatives and brand‑led commercial activations, including trade shows, aligned to the brand plan and brought to life through key trade influencers, bartenders and industry partnerships.
What you bring
  • Experience in brand and/or trade marketing, ideally within drinks, hospitality or FMCG
  • An entrepreneurial, innovative, and agile mindset
  • A practical, hands‑on approach, comfortable owning execution end to end
  • Organised, proactive and confident working cross‑functionally

    Love being in trade and working as a hybrid between sales and marketing
