American Express is a key account for Momentum. Our responsibilities are varied, ambitious and vital to their brand experiences. We create, deliver and organise large programmes and award‑winning experiences for Card members and prospective Card members. So whether it is providing ticket access to the hottest artist’s global tour or overseeing a carefully curated promotional campaign around a new Card member benefit strategy, Momentum are at the heart of making it happen.
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager or Account Manager looking to step up to join the team across Amex’s ticket access partnerships in sports and entertainment. Activating benefits and promotion with promoters, ticketers and international markets alike. This role will suit someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership and leadership of this always‑on programme and who has a varied skillset in partnerships, media and project management.
HERE’SWHAT YOU’LL DO
- Being the day‑to‑day contact between Amex, their local markets and their rights holder partners
- Lead across large facets of American Express ticketing portfolio
- Oversee the management and distribution of ticketing assets across promoters
- Oversee the management and execution of assets across Amex’s local teams

- Stay abreast of trends and opportunities within sport so that you are able to

- Pull together analysis and measurement of ATL and BTL campaigns
- Feel comfortable in deck creation and presentation to clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Momentum’s core disciplines
- Agency experience, ideally in ticketing, sport or entertainment
- Integrated marketing knowledge in media, communications and partnerships
- Project management skills and the ability to organise multiple stakeholders
- An active interest in sport and entertainment
- Strong client management skills with an acute attention to detail
- Goal and results orientated
- Self‑motivated - a team player, yet can work alone
- Experience managing people
- Organised with a high attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple
- projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working with numbers and measurement
