DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and results‑driven Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering GTM strategies and plans that enable revenue growth, drive product adoption, and support customer expansion. Product Marketing at Xeneta is part of the broader Product Management organization and works closely with the Value, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
This role reports to our Senior Product Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate with Product Management to understand product use cases, benefits, and differentiators to create compelling value propositions, identify opportunities for innovation, and contribute to product marketing roadmap planning.
- Define target customer segments and help develop customer personas by conducting research, and using data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and test research‑based positioning and messaging strategies in partnership with the marketing team, leveraging data‑based storytelling to connect with different audiences.
- Go‑to‑market (GTM) planning for new products and features within your designated product pillar, ensuring strategic alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop enablement and marketing materials/copy for prospects, customers, partners, customer success (CS), and sales teams that support the overarching value proposition, pricing, and targeted customer segments.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure the commercial teams are equipped to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Maintain and organize Competitive Intelligence materials, ensuring they are up to date and that requests are addressed promptly and prioritized appropriately.
- Contribute to quarterly/annual planning and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Report on the success of product marketing initiatives, programs, and assets.
- Solid understanding of PMM frameworks and at least 4‑5 years of experience in GTM planning
- Experience working Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions and how to align with their goals.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling data‑based storytelling that drives engagement and adoption.
- Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to connect with and empathize with customers and colleagues at all levels and functions.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
- A high level of ownership and ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Salesforce, Hub Spot, and Microsoft Office or able to learn.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to regional offices and events (primarily in Europe and the US).
