The Opportunity
As a member of the Penhaligon’s Global Campaign and Content team, this role supports the development and execution of global campaigns and editorial content, continuously seeking to elevate Brand perception in the market through a consistent global marketing 360 strategy.
What you'll get to do Campaign & Marketing:- Bring ideas for marketing campaigns and activations for a full 360 marketing campaign.
- Concept and develop key opportunities for retail marketing activations, OOH initiatives, brand partnerships and pop ups for a disruptive and innovative campaign 360 in line with Brand codes.
- Continuously seeking to elevate Brand’s tone of voice, codes and image across all campaign touch points.
- Concept and create brand assets and marketing materials across website, social media, copy, photography, and more.
- Create inspirational mood boards and mock ups for campaign activations.
- Keep abreast of global and local creative trends, working hand in hand with Operational Marketing and Markets to understand local marketing needs.
- Deliver briefing decks, launch guidelines and presentations.
- Coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders including designers, printing companies and agencies.
- Manage product samples, ordering and coordinating sending samples to our suppliers and agencies.
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events, supporting campaign launches.
- Manage brand assets and folders, downloading key documents, campaign assets, pack shots, and saving to campaign folders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate plans, updates, and any changes to key stakeholders across departments.
- Support with the Campaign and Content Budget, raising POs, helping to resolve supplier invoice queries, and ensuring the budget tracker is up to date.
- Analyse campaign performance by initiative.
- Experience in 360 campaign marketing development within the Beauty, Luxury or Consumer Goods industries in a similar role.
- Experience developing retail marketing activations.
- Creative brand development experience.
- A self- starter approach and is able to work autonomously, driving momentum on multiple projects and proactively planning ahead.
- High level organisation organised with prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- A team player mindset, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Highly level of creativity with sensitivity to luxury.
- Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
