Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Greater London

We are looking for a thoughtful, motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team, reporting into our Senior Product Marketing Manager. You’ll play a key role in helping define, position, and promote our legal tech products, supporting how we bring them to market and how we communicate their value to lawyers and real estate professionals.

You’ll be comfortable taking clear direction and running with it, understanding how to translate goals into action, who to involve, and what needs to happen to deliver high-quality outcomes. You’ll take ownership of your work end to end, combining strong execution with sound judgement as part of a collaborative product marketing function.

Curious and commercially minded, you’ll enjoy getting close to the product, the customer, and the detail, helping translate complex technology into clear, compelling stories. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Legal Engineering, and the wider Marketing team to ensure our messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market activity are aligned and effective.

This role is designed to evolve. As our product portfolio and priorities grow, so too will the scope and focus of the work, making it a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and impact.

Role requirements

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being trusted to run with work, have visible ownership over outcomes and is excited by complex problems and meaningful products.

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with significant experience in product marketing, ideally within a startup or scale-up, working on B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers
  • Experience operating in lean, high-ownership teams, comfortable flexing across responsibilities and running work independently from brief to delivery
  • Exposure to regulated or complex industries (e.g. legal, finance, professional services), with an appreciation for nuance, trust, and sophisticated buyers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to produce clear, compelling content for B2B audiences
  • Experience contributing to messaging, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives, from shaping the narrative through to execution
  • Experience leading or owning significant elements of product launches and go-to-market rollouts
  • Experience defining and evolving ICPs, buyer personas, and segmentation to inform messaging and campaigns
  • Strong competitive intelligence skills, with experience synthesising market and competitor insights into clear differentiation and sales enablement
  • Exposure to international or multi-region marketing, with an understanding of the differences between UK and US audiences
  • Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, and taking ownership of outcomes
  • Confident navigating cross‑functional teams, knowing who to involve and how to move work forward without heavy process
  • Able to balance hands‑on execution with thoughtful planning and prioritisation
  • Curious about AI and excited by its application within the legal or professional services space
  • A quick note on fit:

We know great roles are about mutual fit. This role will suit someone who enjoys a particular kind of environment, and it may be less energising if you’re looking for something different.

  • You may prefer a different role if you’re happiest in a highly structured organisation with lots of established process and large specialist teams
  • This role blends strategy and execution closely, so it may not be a fit if you’re looking for a role focused purely on one or the other
  • Regulated industries come with added nuance and complexity, if that doesn’t spark your interest, this role may not be the right match
  • Team & Working Environment

You’ll report into our Senior Product Marketing Manager and join a distributed Marketing team that includes a Marketing Manager (UK),
Marketing Director (US), and Founding Demand Generation Manager (US). The role requires close collaboration across teams and time zones, particularly with Sales and Customer Success.

    Location & Working Pattern
  • Location: UK-based
  • Working pattern: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in our London office (Farringdon)
  • Benefits
  • Salary £65, dependent on experience
  • 25 days paid holiday (plus bank holidays)
  • Professional equipment and personal development budget along with training opportunities to learn and develop your skills
  • Cycle‑to‑work scheme
  • Matched pension contributions and equity options in a fast growing start-up
  • An inclusive community enjoying all-company off‑sites, lunches and socials
  • #J-18808-Ljbffr
