Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Greater London

Hello! We’re Demand More, a growing performance marketing agency based in leafy Islington, London.

Our goal is audacious but achievable: to become Europe’s leading independent performance marketing agency in the next 10 years.

To help accelerate our growth, we are looking for an Events & Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team.

We're a friendly bunch who are serious about performance, with the founding duo having run their own companies previously and worked at some of the UK’s top performance marketing agencies.

We provide a fun working environment, one where everybody's opinions are heard and influence the direction of the company.

We expect you to work hard and, in return, we can offer you unmatched opportunities to learn and develop. We're a small business, and you can be involved on every level. We want to grow fast, and promote from within whenever possible. This means you will have great opportunities to progress your career in terms of responsibilities and your pay packet!

We challenge each other and give constant formal and informal feedback, to make sure we are always growing from a personal and professional standpoint.

About the role

We’re looking for an Events & Marketing Manager to own our entire events engine end-to-end, from concept and positioning through to promotion, attendance, follow-up, and pipeline impact.

This role is not about “running a webinar tool”. It’s about driving demand through high-quality events: webinars, in-person breakfasts, executive round tables, and invite-only sessions, and proving they work.

You’ll be accountable for filling the room, creating exceptional experiences for attendees, and turning attendance into revenue.

What you’ll own
1) Events and strategy planning
  • Develop a clear events strategy aligned to ICPs, verticals, and revenue goals
  • Shape event formats (webinars, breakfasts, round tables, panels)
  • Define topics, positioning, titles, speakers, and target audiences
  • Build and manage a rolling events calendar
2. End-to-end promotion
  • Own 100% of promotion, including:
  • Email (invites, reminders, follow-ups)
  • Paid media (Linked In, retargeting, with the support of our paid team)
  • Organic social (primarily Linked In)
  • Partner and speaker amplification
  • Cold outreach to ICP prospects
  • Write or coordinate all event copy (landing pages, ads, emails, social)
  • Build and optimise event landing pages and registration flows
3. Webinar and event execution
  • Manage webinar platforms and live delivery
  • Coordinate speakers, prep sessions, and dry runs
  • Ensure a polished, professional attendee experience
4. Conversion and follow-up
  • Own post-event follow-up:
  • Attendee and no-show nurture
  • Sales handoff where appropriate
  • Build event-led nurture sequences
  • Work closely with sales/founders to convert interest into meetings
5. Measurement and optimisation
  • Track performance across the full funnel:
  • Registrations
  • Meetings booked
  • Pipeline and revenue generated
  • Use data to improve topics, formats, promotion, and targeting
  • Be opinionated about what works, and stop what doesn’t
What’s in it for you?
  • 25 Days Holiday
  • Dental and Optical cash plan
  • Employee assistance program
  • Discounted gym membership
  • Monthly Socials
  • Free Pilates and Running classes
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Season ticket loan
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity benefits
What we need from you
  • 3–6 years of experience in events and B2B marketing. Hands-on experience running webinars and in-person events
  • Experience promoting events via paid and organic channels
  • Strong copywriting instincts (email, ads, landing pages)
  • A commercial mindset, you care about outcomes, not vanity metrics
  • Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and speakers
You are:
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Commercial, curious, and proactive
  • Calm under pressure when things go live
