Our insights enable advertisers and their partners to build unique connections with consumers, from first discovery to loyalty, at scale.

We are seeking an innovative, creative, analytical and strategic thinker who is passionate about digital media and the future of Twitch advertising. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross‑functional teams and thrives in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving setting.
The role will be highly visible with senior levels of Amazon and will require collaboration with internal management teams to understand where our relative advantages or risks lie, and identify new market segments and solutions.
As a Senior Sales Lead, you will develop strategies and solutions to drive adoption of the Twitch offering with advertisers and ensure your customers’ investments fit into their overall marketing strategy with Amazon. You will work closely with Account Executives (AEs), Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go‑to‑Market (GTM) specialists, and Amazon Ads Customers. You are naturally curious, and will apply your creativity and curiosity by leading the strategy of Twitch solutions, engaging the advertising community, and innovating solutions that meet the objectives of our customers.
This role will define innovative advertising experiences and coordinate with internal teams to create scalable, repeatable solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience buying, planning, packaging and selling directly and programmatically, a strong knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, experience negotiating and closing annual agreements, and the ability to drive conversations with C‑Suite client contacts. They will be comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high levels of creativity, independence, flexibility and attention to detail.
- Own and drive proactive sales strategies while collaborating seamlessly with vertical Account Executives to deliver exceptional client service and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Scale Twitch GTM strategies across sales teams.
- Develop and implement bespoke industry strategies within assigned verticals.
- Provide advertiser and/or vertical‑related insights and collateral to sales teams.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes.
- Represent Amazon Ads externally at industry events to drive upfront and annual commitments.
- Determine the right goals, inform decisions, and help design scalable, long‑term solutions that meet shared objectives.
- Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex problems with tailored solutions made as simple as possible.
- Assess, develop, and advise senior leaders on overall business strategy.
