This role will see you dedicated to a single client – one of the most globally recognised, fashion centric shoe retailers, with activation spanning US, Canada and EMEA. You will sit within a scaled community of performance specialists so will have support to develop quickly, but you will be deeply connected into Arena Media agency culture.

This is an exciting Exec level role, working in Affiliate which is a critical channel for this business. There are significant budgets you will be helping to manage to effectively deliver against ambitious growth targets.

In this role, you will primarily support with campaign implementation, optimisation, delivery, and evaluation of affiliate campaigns. As such, you will be pivotal in providing the insight and data needed to drive performance improvements for this client. You will also be working with different Affiliate Networks and will be a key conduit in maintaining and leveraging these relationships.

As you develop, you will gain client exposure through weekly / monthly meetings and will have the chance to feed into roadmaps and strategic plans. Arena will provide all the training and support you will need to succeed in this role and will map out a clear development path for you when you join the team.

• Closely monitor affiliate programs daily and be proactive in flagging anomalies so these can be addressed in a timely manner.
• Be the first line of support for clients and publishers connected to their programs.
• Understand and plan according to the business objectives of each client in a portfolio.
• Report on client KPIs and make recommendations for growth.
• Propose new publisher recruitment opportunities to grow clients.
• Support with the creation of forecasts, optimisation, and development plans.
• Align with advertiser support to make sure that all support tasks, such as newsletters, banner upload etc. are done efficiently and accurately.
• Book exposure/placements for new campaigns accurately and in a timely manner.
• Implement tracking requirements across affiliate campaigns.
• Promote and help to sell new product development features to your portfolio of clients.
• Understand our best practice approach to affiliate marketing ( we’ll help you with that!)
• Present performance updates to clients and internal teams on a regular basis.
• Ensuring accurate reporting based on client specifications and KPI’s.
• Overseeing accurate and timely billings and reconciliation.
• Keeping up to date with the latest changes in the affiliate landscape.
• Delivering work within deadlines and within scope.
• Providing diligent, consistent attention to the administrative aspects of the job.
