Shopper Marketing sits within our UK&I Marketing team and is all about finding ways to bring to life the brand for our shoppers.
Our aim is to take our marketing plans and implement them with our retailers to drive sales in an increasingly crowded shopping environment.
The person in this role will have responsibility for developing and delivering in-store and online activation plans in our retailers. They will plan and manage their customer media budgets and work with our brand managers to ensure that we champion the shopper, customer and product agenda at the point of purchase. They will play a key role within our cross-functional retailer teams, both internally (working closely with commercial and category) and externally (building strong relationships with the team at the retailer).
While previous marketing experience would be a benefit in this role, it’s not a requirement – we’re more interested in your passion for creating impactful campaigns with our retailers and understanding how shoppers tick.
You’ll be:
- able to build and deliver a retailer media plan that meets the needs of the customer, brand and our drinkers
- a creative problem solver with a can-do attitude
- results oriented and pro-active, with a sense of ownership and personal accountability for delivery
- brilliant at working cross functionally and building relationships
- comfortable using and analysing data when forming recommendations and reviewing media activity
What you’ll have:
- a proven record of building great relationships with customers or external partners
- an ability and passion for bringing a brand to life in the increasingly busy retail environment.
- a “finger on the pulse” of the external shopper environment; drawing inspiration from and knowledge of the market, category and competitors
You’ll get:
- To lead and manage the shopper relationship for some of our key customers in Grocery and OOH (Out of Home) channel
- To own the relationship with some of our key external agencies
- The opportunity to work with our brand activation partner to showcase our brand at trade shows and customer events
- To help shape the shopper teams strategy and processes, be a passionate and active member of the shopper team and the wider UK&I marketing team
- To work with a bunch of brilliant people across our Brand, Commercial, Category and Creative teams
