Job Overview

As a member of the Global Marketing team, the Loyalty & Retention Marketing Manager will develop a deep understanding of the Medius customer lifecycle and key customer personas in order to create innovative, high‑value marketing programs to help ensure Medius customers get the most value out of their Medius solution(s). The successful candidate has a passion for developing high‑impact, integrated marketing programs to drive customer loyalty and retention, is an expert at developing compelling customer content, and is an organized self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

The right candidate will have a background in B2B cloud solutions – ideally with experience in AP Automation or Spend Management – and is an efficient multitasker and a great team player. This individual reports to the CMO and works closely with multiple teams across Medius including Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, Field Marketing and the Customer Experience organization including Implementation and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

and Duties
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Medius customer lifecycle including what key customer personas need and want post purchase.
  • Create a global, integrated marketing plan that drives customer adoption and optimisation for key customer personas.
  • Develop and execute high‑impact marketing programmes from concept development to campaign deployment, including managing agency relationships and budget.
  • Develop case studies and feed sales reference processes as part of the loyalty programme.
  • Track analytical campaign performance and report to measure and report on the results and ROI of all campaigns, effectively communicating to stakeholders in the business.
  • Work with field marketing teams to understand unique market needs, drive programme execution and facilitate best‑practice sharing.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Team to develop content for the customer centre and other customer content for Medius corporate websites and the qualified chatbot.
  • Build relationships at all levels across Marketing and customer success teams.
  • Provide input to marketing automation systems capabilities, data needs and related processes to improve agility and time to market of lifecycle campaigns.
  • Serve as an internal evangelist for our customers.
