Position: Customer Success & Marketing Executive, TTG Media
Location: Greater London

We are seeking a customer success & marketing executive to join a fast moving, fearless independent media business with an award-winning reputation in the travel industry, and throughout B2B media.

Reporting into the head of partner content, the individual will work closely with the commercial, marketing and events teams, whilst directly liaising with customers, to support imaginative and effective content campaigns that inspire and engage TTG’s travel agent audience while also delivering real business opportunity for commercial partners.

TTG Media’s Partner Content division is responsible for some of the business’s most impactful initiatives which support TTG’s mission for Smarter, Better, Fairer travel, from the award-winning TTG Sustainable Travel Ambassadors and TTG LGBT+ Ambassadors campaigns, to in-depth destination selling guides, virtual training festivals, and fun interactive games.

Above all they will ensure customers remain engaged and demonstrate ROI on their objectives through their campaigns with TTG Media. They will be proactive in looking after our customers and ‘wowing’ them with high-touch customer service that will ensure they continue to work with the company.

The role will offer occasional travel to destinations as part of familarization trips alongside client and travel agents.

Our culture means everything. Before the pandemic TTG Media had evolved to take on a whole new purpose, establishing a new mission to promote a ‘Smarter, Better, Fairer’ travel industry and a new look to the business, leading TTG to be named PPA’s Independent Publishing Company of the Year in 2024. In December 2023, TTG Media became one of the few B2B media businesses to become BCorp certified.

As a business, and as a team, we wear our values on our sleeves.

You will be expected to work between home and the office (a minimum of two days a week) in our creative work environment in Southwark/Waterloo (London), liaising daily with the most exciting travel brands across the globe.

We want to see your application!
