CRM​/Retention Manager

We're working with one of Europe's fastest-growing DTC brands, and they're looking for a Customer Retention Manager to join them!

Bydd and retain customers, this could be the perfect next step for you.

• Looking holistically at the end-to-end customer journey, segmenting various customer groups and consistently finding ways to increase LTV
• Leading their email & CRM strategy and implementation

• Working with the wider team on strategy and how you can improve upon the various touchpoints
• Acting as the true voice of the customer – understanding their needs, motivations, and challenges

• You have strong analytical skills and a love of data‑driven decision making
• You come with a genuinely customer‑obsessed mindset and have experience being hands‑on at a growing DTC brand
• You’ve got sharp attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills
• You are creative, curious, and have a bias for action
• You’re comfortable working

• Ideally you’ve got subscription experience too

WFH policy
: 3 days/week – they have a lovely office in Central London!
