Brand Manager

• A well-established, international Food & Drink organisation with a strong heritage and ambitious UK growth plans is seeking a Brand Manager – Soft Drinks
• Owner of a distinctive, much-loved branded drink with increasing relevance to UK consumers
• Operates within a collaborative European matrix, combining local market agility with international scale
• Values diversity, authenticity, and empowering people to bring their best selves to work

• As Brand Manager – Soft Drinks you would lead the commercial and marketing agenda for a fast-growing drinks brand within the UK market
• Own the development and execution of the UK brand plan, translating insight into impactful action
• Drive communication, activation, and media strategy across above- and below-the-line channels
• Shape and deliver the UK innovation agenda, including European-led innovation launches

• Degree-educated marketer with c.5+ years’ experience in brand-led FMCG within the UK market
• Strong understanding of UK retail dynamics from both consumer and customer perspectives
• Confident working with media, communications, activation, and data-led performance analysis
• Commercially driven, hands-on, collaborative, and consumer-first in mindset

• London-based role with a hybrid working model (50% office attendance)
• Competitive salary c £55k plus performance-related bonus
