You’ll work closely with our Creative Lead and operational teams to ensure our marketing is consistent, timely, and impactful across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns and wider marketing initiatives across the business.
  • Visit sites to ensure marketing materials are displayed consistently and meet brand standards.
  • Create strategic campaigns and supporting content for social media, website updates, and client communications.
  • Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency at all times.
  • Coordinate with the Creative Lead and manage marketing calendars to support timely, organised delivery.
  • Take a proactive approach to supporting sites operationally when needed, helping maintain strong brand visibility and execution.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a marketing role (hospitality or food service experience is desirable).
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
  • Basic design capability (e.g., Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is desirable).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging, on‑brand content.
  • Excellent organisation and time‑management skills, confident juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in food, hospitality, and customer experience.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.

Please do not call our Head Office for vacancy‑related questions, as our HR Recruitment team is not always on site and prefer emails.
