Location: Hybrid (Central London office near Tower Hill)
Pet Lab Co. is the world leader in the DTC pet supplement market, with 9-figure revenue, profitable and rapidly growing globally. We’re hiring a Tik Tok Shop Lead to supercharge our creator commerce efforts on Tik Tok Shop. Since launching our US Tik Tok Shop at the end of 2024, we’ve seen phenomenal growth — generating over £1 million in GMV and building a group of engaged creator communities in our space.
This role is focused on taking that momentum and scaling it further as a revenue-driving machine.
This is not traditional influencer marketing. It is performance-first, commercially focused, and accountable to real sales. You'll design and lead a high-performing Tik Tok Shop strategy, built on high-volume content production, creative iteration, and continuous performance optimization.
You’ll identify top-performing creative formats, develop revenue-led briefs, and scale creator challenges and incentives that move the needle. Collaboration is key; you’ll work cross-functionally with creative, paid media, and agencies to maximise performance and own the growth of Tik Tok Shop at Pet Lab Co.

Hi, I’m Forest, VP of Marketing at Pet Lab Co. Since launching our Tik Tok Shop, we’ve generated over £1M in GMV and built an incredibly promising growth channel. We need someone to take full ownership and scale it. This role is critical to our strategy going forward. You'll work directly with me to grow our US Tik Tok Shop into one of our most important acquisition and revenue channels.
We're looking for a hustler with a performance mindset who’s obsessed with content that sells, experienced working with creators, and who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven experience growing and driving significant results for Tik Tok Shop
- Proven experience leading performance-driven creator communities (ideally for Tik Tok Shop)
- Experience managing large-scale creator content pipelines (e.g., thousands of assets/month)
- A strong creative strategist with a deep understanding of what makes Tik Tok Shop content convert
- Deep familiarity with Tik Tok Shop, its mechanics, and its creator ecosystem
- Commercially focused and data-literate — understands GMV, ROAS, CPA, and how to optimise against them
- Exceptional communicator and highly organised — comfortable briefing, motivating, and managing creators at scale
- Fluency in Spanish is a massive plus
- 50% – Creator Community Building & Management: Scale and lead our Tik Tok Shop creator network. Launch challenges, foster engagement, and build daily relationships that drive high-quality content
- 30% – Creative Strategy & Briefing: Develop and refine performance-first creative briefs based on top-performing formats and trends across Tik Tok Shop and relevant channels
- 10% – Performance Analysis & Iteration: Use content, shop, and paid performance data to drive creative iteration and campaign improvements
- 10% – Platform & Agency Oversight: Manage agency partners and collaborate with Tik Tok Shop and internal teams to enhance performance
- 2+ years of experience building creator or customer communities with proven results (e.g., GMV, sales)
- 1+ year of experience scaling Tik Tok Shop operations or directly driving measurable sales through the platform
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable sales through creative content — ideally for Tik Tok Shop
- Highly analytical and fluent in performance metrics and creator content data
- A strong creative strategist with the ability to identify top-performing content across our own, competitive, and adjacent categories — and scale those insights into briefs creators can execute
- Clear, confident communicator and strong collaborator
- Fluency in Spanish would be an advantage
