Media Director

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Our Client is a fast-growing, creatively led B2B agency redefining what effective B2B marketing looks like. They combine rigorous effectiveness thinking with bold, brand-building ideas and are now investing seriously in the next evolution of their media capability.

• Take ownership of a growing media function and shape how media integrates with creative and strategy
• Lead paid media across brand and performance, with genuine influence over how work is planned, activated and measured
• Join at a pivotal growth stage, with equity available and a clear path to building a team
• Work on high-profile B2B clients spanning global brand and full-funnel activity
• Operate in a senior, visible role with commercial input and board-level exposure

• Own media strategy, activation oversight and performance across paid social, programmatic and PPC
• Ensure hands‑on excellence in platforms while setting best practice standards
• Lead client relationships and senior stakeholder conversations
• Partner closely with creative and client services to deliver integrated solutions
• Support new business, growth planning and the future shape of the media department

• Strong hands‑on experience across Linked In, Meta, programmatic/DSP and PPC
• Proven background in B2B media, ideally spanning brand and performance
• Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with practical delivery
• Commercially minded, curious, and excited by building something rather than inheriting it
