Overview

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, detail-driven, and proactive Paid Social Account Executive who’s ready to step up into a Senior Account Executive role. This is an opportunity to manage high-profile paid social campaigns.

Our client is one of the most prestigious brands in the world, and one of the most prestigious clients within Publicis. They are a genuinely unique business: structured as a charitable foundation with no shareholders to answer to, and with products in such high demand that they consistently sell every item every year, many with long waiting lists. All of this means that most of the common objectives of an agency client – sales, revenue, margin – are infrequent considerations.

Instead, they seek to “perpetuate the myth”, ensuring that the dominant position they hold within their market, the almost ubiquitous aspiration to ownership and their unique synonymity with excellence are sustained, not just for the sales quarter or the financial year, but for the very long term.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing high-quality paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta, with a focus on planning, activation, optimisation, and analysis.

As a Senior Executive, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate planning, smooth campaign setup, delivery, and reporting while helping drive innovation for a fast-paced, high-expectation client. You’ll work closely with a junior Executive, which provides a great opportunity to develop your management skills and lead by example.

Your primary focus will be to support the execution of the paid social media strategy, ensuring campaigns meet their targets efficiently and within deadlines. This is a great opportunity to grow your expertise within a dynamic team that values collaboration and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end planning, setup, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta, with exposure to additional social platforms where relevant.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day campaign delivery, including builds, QA, pacing checks, and optimisation, ensuring campaigns are accurate, well documented, and launched on time.
  • Analyse performance data, identify trends and insights, and proactively recommend optimisations and testing opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Own more complex media plans, as well as trackers, and reporting documents, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clear visibility for internal teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to support budget pacing, performance reviews, and post-campaign wrap-ups, flagging risks or opportunities early.
  • Collaborate with and support junior Paid Social Executives, helping guide best practices, QA their work where appropriate, and contribute to a strong team delivery culture.
  • Proactively contribute ideas to improve campaign performance, workflows, and…
