About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Assistant to join our Moonpig Commercial team. This is an entry‑level opportunity for someone who’s highly organised, detail-focused and excited by e-commerce.

You’ll support the full commercial lifecycle — from supplier onboarding and product launch through to onsite trading, campaign execution and supplier investment reporting. It’s a hands‑on role with real impact, helping ensure our products launch smoothly, our galleries stay commercially relevant, and our marketing investment is accurately tracked.

If you’re curious about what drives performance online and want to build your career in a fast‑paced retail environment, this could be the perfect place to start.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end‑to‑end supplier onboarding, ensuring New Line Forms (NLFs) are complete and accurate, and chasing missing information where required
  • Liaise with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure smooth supplier activation
  • Manage supplier documentation and onboarding trackers
  • Create and maintain SKUs across systems
  • Ensure accurate pricing, cost prices, barcodes and promotional set‑up
  • Conduct daily checks on newly published and republished SKUs, including pricing structure validation
  • Manage imagery and asset collation
  • Coordinate photography and sample management, including ordering, tracking and shoot planning
  • Curate onsite galleries to ensure relevance and commercial performance
  • Conduct low‑CVR gallery reviews and implement edits
  • Work closely with Content and Marketing to align trading calendar activity
  • Support daily trading execution during peak periods
  • Maintain weekly trackers, including price changes, promotional updates and barcode changes
  • Support subcategory reporting projects, such as Tableau data ingestion
  • Capture campaign activity across site and CRM
  • Track funded promotional spend and marketing contributions
  • Collate campaign feedback and performance data for supplier presentations
  • Maintain rolling brand exposure decks
  • Own and maintain the finance tracker for marketing investment
About You
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with a genuine interest in e‑commerce performance
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across Buyers, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Content teams
  • Basic Photoshop or image‑editing capability
  • Commercial curiosity and motivation to understand what drives results
  • Confidence in taking ownership of tasks from start to finish
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, especially during peak trading periods
  • Resilient and adaptable when priorities shift
