Marketing and Events Planner - Security Integrator
Location: Hybrid, London (Bank, Central London 2-3 days pw)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 plus travel, private healthcare and 25 days holiday
Shape industry presence through hands-on event planning and brand development across the UK security sector
Build meaningful client relationships through creative events, entertainment and team-building initiatives
Lead end-to-end event delivery from concept through to execution with full logistical ownership

OpeningOur client is a well-established security systems integrator investing in their UK industry presence and brand reputation. They're seeking a Marketing and Events Planner to lead creative campaigns, manage client entertainment and build industry relationships. If you're organised, engaging and passionate about events and marketing, this is an opportunity to shape a growing company's visibility and play a key role in their expansion.
Position OverviewThis role sits at the heart of our client's growth strategy. You'll manage end-to-end event planning – from concept and venue selection through to delivery and evaluation – whilst building the company's brand presence through targeted marketing and social media activity. Your work will directly support business development, client engagement and internal team culture, making you essential to how the organisation connects with clients, partners and employees across the security integration sector.
ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver client entertainment events, charity fundraising initiatives and internal team-building activities from start to finish
Manage venue selection, supplier relationships and event logistics to ensure seamless execution
Create engaging marketing content and manage Linked In and social media channels for business promotion
Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talented professionals
Work closely with leadership to align events and marketing activity with business growth objectives
Organise and coordinate events that strengthen industry relationships and enhance company reputation
Track event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve future initiatives
RequirementsProven experience in events planning, marketing or a combined role
Confident, engaging and professional communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive and creative with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing Linked In and social media for business purposes
Ability to commute to Central London 2-3 days per week
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Ideally, experience in the industry
