This role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing strategies that drive the growth of Employment Hero’s client base and revenue. You will work in close collaboration with other members of the marketing team to continue building on our holistic marketing approach by means of optimization or experimentation. You will develop KPIs, build innovative campaigns, and oversee all paid acquisition budgets for the company, as well as unpaid efforts including CRM, referral programs and more.

You will access and utilize our client data and product analytics to drive a targeted and informed approach to client acquisition in close collaboration with the Sales and Global Growth teams.

What will you be doing as a Growth Marketing Lead?

  • You will oversee and lead all paid acquisition channels (SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display, Video, Mobile)
  • You’ll work directly with our Sales, CX, and Customer Marketing teams, to understand our current and prospective customers
  • You will take ownership of new channel innovation by using customer data and key industry trends to guide the teams’ focus and prioritize new channels to test
  • You will work closely with a variety of attribution tools and methods to steer investment
  • You will run and evolve the reporting of acquisition efforts, working closely with senior leadership to understand how to best measure and track KPIs that affect the business, leveraging the support of the Marketing Operation team
  • You will work closely with your peers in other regions to maximise opportunities for shared learning and transfer of knowledge between market, driving more sustainable innovation for Growth
  • You will support the Partner Marketing function to drive Partner acquisition through effective paid media tactics
  • You will design and optimise outbound and signal-based ABM programmes, leveraging tools such as 6sense, Salesforce and paid media platforms to activate high-intent accounts through coordinated, multi-touch flows.

In your first 30 days, you will:

  • Participate in Employment Hero’s immersive onboarding program to learn about all aspects of the business
  • Meet with your team made up of a Performance Marketing Specialist and a CRM Specialist.
  • Meet the UK marketing team and the Global Growth Team
  • Meet with leadership and various key stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, Payroll and Partnership teams
  • Familiarize yourself with the fundamentals of the HR, benefits, and payroll industry.

In your first 60 days, you will:

  • Have a deep understanding of where opportunities are for Growth
  • Build your first report to share with the Marketing VP for feedback, accompanied by a plan for how to present it and the cadence for future reports.

In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Oversee the strategy and execution of the the day to day optimization of all paid acquisition efforts and CRM
