We are looking for a creative and critical thinker with a minimum of five years’ experience in the workplace or real estate industry to join our team which is expanding due to exceptional growth. In this role you will be taking an active role in leading projects and working closely with clients and stakeholders at all levels, advising on the future of work and innovative workplace solutions encompassing space, people and technology.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working, self-motivated individual to develop in an established and growing consultancy business with offices in London and New York. Experience with managing projects and developing direct relationships with clients is essential, and some experience with working in change management is an advantage. International travel will be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pioneering innovative solutions for workplace experience and digital innovation projects
  • Advising on innovative workplace solutions encompassing space, people and technology
  • Analysing and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data for deeper insights
  • Leading client engagements, meetings and workshops - presenting recommendations and research
  • Facilitating the development of client relationships, helping write proposals and winning work
  • Crafting and delivering impactful presentations and reports, utilising the latest research & trends
  • Curating engaging blogs and articles for our website, newsletter and social media
Experience
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant field
  • 5+ years’ experience minimum in workplace or design industry
  • Strong ability in MS Office and AI tools
  • The ability to use Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage (particularly InDesign)
  • Experience in gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data

Benefits Include
  • OTE package £50-60k including bonus and benefits, depending on experience
  • 32 days holiday per annum (incl. Bank Holidays) rising to 37 linked to length of service

  • Hybrid working; currently working a minimum of 3 days at our London office in Bankside
