We use computer vision and other machine learning techniques to extract creative data from our client’s digital advertising copy and transform those previously dark signals into a standardised data model at industrial scale. This creates a new, unique and powerful first party data set that represents the last and most impactful untapped reservoir of advertising performance.

That’s because multiple studies have shown that the “Creative” itself is responsible for half of sales lift online, higher than reach, targeting, brand, & recency combined. But creative impact has always been the least analysed and least understood component of a complex set of marketing variables.

The Creative

X Partnerships team engages the full marketing ecosystem that supports our brand customers, Advertising Platforms, Global/Regional Agencies & Holding Companies, Tech/AI alliances, measurement/attribution providers, and solution integrators. Together with these partners we are defining the future of data‑driven creative effectiveness for the world’s most ambitious brands. We co‑create programs that drive adoption, improve outcomes across accounts at scale, and generate measurable business impact for our mutual clients.

role

You’ll help the team run faster across our highest‑priority partners by owning the preparation, coordination, and follow‑through that keeps partner initiatives moving. You’ll be partner‑facing alongside more senior teammates, with a clear growth path toward owning a small set of partners over time.

This role is a blend of:

  • Account support and program coordination: tight coordination, strong follow‑through, stakeholder management
  • Prospecting and ecosystem research: research, stakeholder mapping, targeted outreach, clear written comms with real exposure to partner work.
What you will do Partnership execution and delivery
  • Support the team in shaping and coordinating partner collaboration models (e.g., joint initiatives, shared work streams, pilot programs) so partnerships move from idea to execution smoothly.
  • Help drive the onboarding and day‑to‑day delivery of partner initiatives by coordinating inputs across internal teams and keeping timelines, owners, and next steps on track.
  • Join partner and internal meetings to capture decisions, clarify actions, and ensure strong follow‑through.
Partnership success and scaling
  • Track partnership progress, key milestones, and performance indicators, and help maintain clear visibility for senior stakeholders.
  • Support the team in identifying what is working across partner collaborations and where there may be opportunities to deepen or expand impact over time.
  • Help organize partnership learnings, outcomes, and recurring patterns so the team can make better decisions and scale successful approaches.
Internal collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Partner closely with Sales and adjacent teams to gather inputs, unblock execution, and ensure partner work is aligned with broader commercial priorities.
  • Help “sponsor” partnerships internally by documenting wins, sharing updates, and making it easier for teams to understand the value and progress of partner initiatives.
Partner‑facing communication and coordination
  • Prepare partner‑ready materials (e.g., briefs, light decks, one‑pages, recaps) that clearly communicate purpose, value, and next steps.
