The Sr Specialist – International Digital Content manages integration of international marketing branded, consumer-facing digital assets via being the integral link between the International Product Owner, regional IT Team, and regional Marketing Team. Digital channels that the role manages include , Braze, CRM as well as digital creative asset creation for these channels including delivery.
This role is primarily responsible for the relationship management between marketing and technology leads, external agencies, and other critical cross-functional partners to ensure digital creative and consumer journey aligns consistently with brand initiatives to be impactful and effective in the United Kingdom. A great candidate for this role works well in a team environment, builds rapport with marketing/operations/IT stakeholders, possesses a continuous improvement mindset, is a great communicator, and is an analytical problem solver.
This role is critical to the brand’s expansion into new markets and provides the opportunity to establish best practices for surrounding countries to follow.
- Responsible for CRM campaign management and delivery of international branded digital assets in partnership with brand marketing, external agencies and other partners to ensure a consistent consumer journey and experience across channels. Produces recommendations and customer insights based on analysis of campaign effectiveness metrics.
- Own and develop process for creating and managing digital creative content to ensure it is supporting brand initiatives in respect with country calendars and maintained accurately and efficiently.
- Create and maintain a UK Digital Calendar for all digital channels (app, kiosk, etc.) including indicating when menu changes, promotions, and scheduled push notifications will take place
- Coordinate changes to the UK app/UK kiosk with the UK IT Team and International IT Team and ensure content appearing on our UK channels is consistent and accurate.
- Education:
Bachelors Degree in Communications, IT, or Marketing with either a masters, certificate program is required. - Strong background in technology and working with a development team, digital marketing, mobile, troubleshooting, digital asset development with experience as a business lead for a digital platform preferred.
- 3-5 years of relative work experience in strategic development of program/creative management for a digitally-focused company or agency, including experience with evaluating and approving digital content.
- Experience with Punchh/Loyalty platform provider and Braze, including documenting processes and assessing or selecting systems.
